CSA teams up with Roc Nation Sports International

Cricket South Africa has announced their partnership with Roc Nation Sports, in what is described as a shared ambition to continue driving the sport in an exciting new direction.

The announcement made on Thursday morning will see the two parties collaborate and engage with the passionate South African cricket fan base in the quest of achieving excellence both and off the pitch.

Roc Nation Sports is no stranger in the South African cricketing fraternity, having partnered up with the likes of Temba Bavuma, and Lungi Ngidi respectively.

“This new direction augurs well for the appetite that our sports fans have demonstrated for our products and is bound to resonate soundly across the country and the globe”. Said CSA Chief Executive Officer, Pholetsi Moseki speaking to Cricket South Africa.

“This is a thrilling moment for CSA as it charters the excitement back to the fans, to be part of it,” Moseki added.

Cricket South Africa revealed that the partnership was founded on the key principles of story-telling, mutual respect, and shared values. They also outlined that doing business with Roc Nation will enable CSA to access commercial platforms and opportunities that will assist in delivering business objectives and goals.

Roc Nation Sports International made a formal announcement on their Twitter page by posting a video, confirming the partnership.

“This is a multi-faceted partnership that I am confident will be a great success, and our desire is for all cricket-lovers to be part of it, and to passionately connect with the sport!”. Said Roc Nation Sports President, Michael Yormark to CSA.

He further added that the stories of talented South African cricketers are waiting to be told and the future looks bright for Cricket South Africa.

“There are so many incredible athletes involved in SA cricket, with inspirational stories waiting to be told, not only in South Africa but across a global market. We believe the future looks bright for South African cricket, both men’s and women’s teams have produced some superb results of late.
