The 2021 Australian Open is less than a week away, this year will be the 109th edition of the tournament.

After much speculation and controversy surrounding the tournament due to Covid19 restrictions and player qualifications, Melbourne Park will open its gates to a maximum of 30000 fans in the first eight days of the tournament.

Novak Djokovic and Sofia Kenin will look to defending their men’s and women’s titles respectively in this years competition. Andy Murray and Roger Federer (hasn’t fully recovered from knee surgery) are notable stars not taking part in this year’s tournament.
