The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) seems to be moving forward with racist allegations against Springbok Eben Etzebeth.
SAHRC has confirmed that it will institute legal proceedings against Etzebeth in the Equality Court.
In August, the Springbok lock was accused of racially abusing patrons at the a pub in Langebaan. Etzebeth said the claims were completely untrue and unfounded in a statement last month.
The commission is expected to hold a public meeting in Langebaan on Thursday (03/10/19).
Eben Etzebeth is currently with the Springboks in Japan, for the Rugby World Cup campaign.
