The much anticipated English Premier League kicked off this past weekend.
Manchester United beat Leicester City 2 – 1 at Old Trafford on Friday night. There’s still a dark cloud hovering over the English giants with Mourinho at the helm.
On Saturday Newcastle fell short to a less impressive Tottenham Hotspur, losing 2 – 1.
Maurizio Sarri got his English Premier League campaign off to a flyer following Chelsea’s 3 – 0 win over Huddersfield. Watford beat Brighton 2 – 0, Crystal Palace won 2 – 0 over Fulham. Everton were held to a 2 all draw by Wolves and Southampton only managed a point after drawing with Burnley.
Liverpool scored 4 past West Ham and Arsenal seem to have started where they left off last season after losing 2 – 0 to league defending champions Manchester City.
