The mouth-watering clash between two giants that is the Spanish side Real Madrid and the English Side
Liverpool will be played at the NSC Olimpiymskiy Stadium in Kiev, Ukrane on the 26th May 2018.


The winners will earn the right to play against the Champions of the 2017-18 UEFA Europa League, in the UEFA Super Cup. They (Champions League winner) will also get an automatic qualification to enter the semi-finals of the 2018 FIFA
Club World Cup, but who will reign supreme?

One cannot predict which team is the favourite to put their hands on the trophy, with both teams
having such a rich history in this occasion. Both teams came out guns blazing in this competition, it could go either way.

With Liverpool reaching their 8th final and winning Europe’s top prize on five occasions, history might
repeat itself.

Going into this final, Liverpool have shown hunger of undying dedication, intensity and commitment. The team has also shown a good balance on both attack and defence which has led to a positive winning mentality in the Competition.

The defending Champions however, have a big match temperament. They have reached their 16th final after a win against the German side Bayern Munich, knocking them out of the competition for the second consecutive season. Their experience will be very advantageous considering their unprecedented record.

Madrid are the third team to reach three consecutive finals since the
competition’s rebranding as the Champions League. Real Madrid will aim for a third title win, adding yet another Champions League
trophy in their cabinet (13).

Although a clean sheet will be hard to keep, heading into this clash, the Spanish side will come out prepared with their solid midfield as well as their solid front three which will likely give them an upper hand.

This much anticipated fixture will give supporters and couch critics an opportunity to embrace the greatest
clash and what it has to offer.
