With Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs all crashing out of Champions League round 16. Liverpool and Manchester City were the only two remaining English teams in the last eight.

The draw took place in Nyon earlier on Friday and Premier League log leaders Manchester City have been drawn with Liverpool as a quarter final fixture.

FC Barcelona vs AS Roma
Sevilla vs Bayern Munich
Juventus vs Real Madrid
Liverpool vs Manchester City

Anfield will host the first leg of the quarter-final tie, which will be played on April 3 or 4 with the second leg to be held on April 10 or 11. Real Madrid will play against Italian giants Juventus, who beat Tottenham in the last round.

Barcelona will play Roma, while the reward for Sevilla’s victory over Manchester United was a date against Bayern Munich of Germany.
