No Lukhanyo Am for the Italian Test, Allister Coetzee has only made two changes to the Springbok side that won against France last weekend. The two changes are Bongi Mbonambi who takes over from Malcolm Marx at Hooker and Pieter Steph du Toit moves to open side flank position in place of Siya Kolisi who is back in South Africa for the birth of his child.
