USA Eagles head coach will be released from his contract, to take up the Bulls job. 

Mitchell will still coach the Eagles in the remainder of the World Cup Qualifiers. The former Allblack coach will coach Blue Bulls in this years Currie Cup and 2018 Super Rugby.
