If the All Blacks weren’t strong enough World Cup favorites already, they are now after smashing Australia at Eden Park. Bookies around the world are quoting them at ridiculously tight odds, like 11/10.

Next question: Who can bring them down? Here are the top contenders according to the world’s oddsmakers (along with the quotes from a leading British bookie).
But who do you rate as the biggest threats to the All Blacks?
1) England 7/2 (Pool A).
Twickers is their 16th man, and an imposing one at that. BUT…the sacking of Manu Tuilagi has reduced the threat.
2) South Africa 13/2 (Pool B).
The Springboks are experts at wheeling out classic old dog World Cup tactics at the expense of new tricks. BUT…they need a talisman No. 10.
3) Ireland 7/1 (Pool D).
New Zealand’s potential quarter final opponents are brilliantly organised under Joe Schmidt. BUT…they are always lovable losers.
4) Australia 7/1 (Pool A)
Ignore Eden Park – they were foxing. BUT…a tough pool will drain them.
5) Wales 16/1 (Pool A)
With the fans by their side, they could easily get on an emotional roll. BUT…their scrum will be shaky.
6) France 20/1 (Pool D)
Little explanation needed. Scary thought – they are the other potential quarter final opponents, in Cardiff. Eeeeeeek. BUT…no buts (don’t tempt)
