Abraw, 24 completed his move to Amakosi on 1 July 2015 after a succesful spell at Free Sate stars. The youngster had signed a pre contract with Bloemfontein Celtic FC but however before they could exercise that option Amakosi swept in and pulled the rug right under their feet according to kickoff.
The Togolese spent his early years plying his trade at French club LB Châteauroux before being released by the club. That is when Free State stars swooped in to bring to these shores.
He represented Free State Stars 44 times scoring 9 goals which is an impressive return based on local standards in the local Premier Soccer League.
The Togoleese International has 8 caps under his belt for his national team and has scored yet. It must be noted however that he represented Togo at u17 level.
Will the signing be a success at Kaizer Chiefs? Only time will tell as Kaizer Chiefs seek to continue their winning ways under new manager Steve Kompela.
